Design / Build
Bradshaw & Pitts, LLC is a single point of contact. We work closely with the owner to determine the scope of the project, construction methods, and target budget. During the design-build process, we work with the architect, engineer, and key subcontractors from conceptual design throughout completion of the construction drawings and specifications. The drawings and specifications are then reviewed in detail with the key trades to determine actual costs. When controlling costs and a tight schedule are important, it is critical that we are involved at this stage.
General Contractor
Bradshaw & Pitts, LLC provides experience, flexibility, and problem solving skills to deliver quality services and value with each project. Our goal is to retain our clients for years to come. We have developed excellent relationships with various suppliers and subcontractors. We develop and maintain a master schedule which ensures that permits and approvals are in place and identifies long lead times. We also create a daily, weekly, and monthly schedule that is continuously reviewed and updated to track progress.
Facility Maintenance
We recognize that many businesses require maintenance services from time to time, but do not have the resources for a full time staff. We provide a complete range of services with the convenience of dealing with a single source for all of the needs of your facility. We provide prompt service for general repairs and improvements.
